Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines apply to all users of PrepGo services and all types of content, including AI-generated content. By using PrepGo services, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and always comply with these Community Guidelines.

Our Commitment

We are committed to making PrepGo a safe, respectful, vibrant, and appropriate place where everyone can learn, grow, and succeed. We respect and recognize the privacy and dignity of all and expect all our users to do so while using our services and participating in PrepGo communities.

Community Standards

Our Community Standards outline the rules and expectations for behaviors and content on our platform. Please review the following standards and remember to always uphold them while participating in the PrepGo community.

1. Criminal or Harmful Activities

Facilitating, organizing, or promoting criminal or harmful activities targeted at people, businesses, property, or animals is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Content promoting violence in any form is forbidden.

2. Private Information

We DO NOT ALLOW content that shares or asks for personal information, including:

• Personal contact information including phone number, email address, physical address, and actual mailing address
• Personally identifiable information including social security numbers, national identification numbers, Government IDs (images or ID numbers)
• Financial information including bank account and credit/debit card numbers
• Content (including imagery content) that identifies private residences

3. Additional Protection for Minors

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for age restrictions for the use of our Services. We may take appropriate actions including terminating the account if we discover a user does not meet the minimum age requirement or upon legal guardian requests.

We DO NOT allow content or activity that sexually exploits or endangers minors. Content that involves child or youth sexual abuse materials, bullying, or engagement in dangerous activities is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We generally remove such content and will report such content to law enforcement authorities if we become aware and assess that there is an imminent threat to human beings.

4. Intellectual Property Infringement

DO NOT upload or share any content that may infringe another party's intellectual property rights. Share only content that you own, or that you have the right to share. PrepGo takes intellectual property rights seriously. We respect the rights of all content owners and expect our users to do the same while using our services. You are required to always comply with our Copyright Policy.

5. Illegal Content; Non-consensual Activities

Content promoting or engaging in hate speech or discrimination is prohibited.

We do not allow adult content, including sexualized content, graphic depictions of sexual activity, and most forms of nudity.

Content containing nudity is generally prohibited, except for special examples in academic contexts or artworks where applicable.

Sexually explicit language that may lead to sexual solicitation is restricted. We will remove content that displays, advocates for or coordinates sexual acts with non-consenting parties.

We do not allow any form of bullying, or harassment, including all types of sexual harassment.

6. Spam; Inauthentic Activities

You do not have to use your real name to use PrepGo, but you are not allowed to misrepresent yourself or impersonate other people while using our services. We do not allow for the creation of accounts that are created or used to deceive others.

Spams are not allowed, including content that is designed to deceive, mislead, or overwhelm users to artificially increase viewership and content that directs our users to another website or provides information on how they can purchase goods or obtain services.

Consequences for Violations

Any violation of these Community Guidelines may result in consequences including, but not limited to, removal of content, restrictions on account benefits, temporary suspension of accounts, and permanent termination of accounts.

We may contact and/or work with law enforcement agencies or competent authorities when we believe there's a risk of physical harm or threat to public safety.

How to Report Violations

To report content that violates someone's intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, please submit a take-down notice by following the instructions in our Copyright Policy or contact copyright@studyx.ai.

To report content that violates these Community Guidelines in any other way, please contact contact@prepgo.com.

When something gets reported to us, we will review it in due course and may remove anything that goes against these Community Guidelines. Please be reminded that reporting something to us does not guarantee it will be removed.
