These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between you ("user", "users") and StudyX Inc, hereinafter referred to as "Company," "we," or "us." These terms govern your use of our services, encompassing all content, features, and services (collectively, "Services") provided on the site.

Before using our services, please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms, as well as supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time, which are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. If you disagree with any part of these terms or the supplemental terms and conditions, please refrain from using our services.

When we say "PrepGo", "StudyX", "we" and "us," we mean StudyX, Inc, a Delaware corporation.

When we say "PrepGo Service", "a StudyX Service", "Service", or "Services" we mean any of the following services operated by a StudyX business:

"StudyX Services": services provided via StudyX websites, applications and extension for web browsers.

"PrepGo Services": services provided via PrepGo websites, applications and extension for web browsers.

Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company. If you are under 18, you must not access or use our services.We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time, so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Your Use of the Services

Upon agreeing to these Terms, we hereby grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access and use the Services.

We reserve the right to make changes to PrepGo anytime, including but not limited to, adding, deleting or modifying any part of PrepGo website(s), products, services, documents and applications. Notice shall be published on PrepGo website or platform prior to any changes becoming effective. Your continued use of PrepGo after the effective date of any changes constitutes your agreeing to and accepting all the relevant changes.

We have the right to delete any content (questions, answers, comments, etc.) that we consider to be not in compliance with Applicable Laws, Regulations, public order or good custom, or irrelevant to the use of PrepGo, including but not limited to, content involving sexual manner, violence, harassment, terror, advertising, junk message or spam.

In terms of any content or activities involving cheat, advertising, pornographic or faking PrepGo administrator ID are strictly prohibited and for users posting any prohibited content or conducting any prohibited activity as such, we may, at our sole discretion, delete or discontinue the account or ban the IP in relevant.

Any act of selling, reselling, leasing, or lending your account in any form are strictly prohibited. If you conduct any prohibited act as such, we may, at our sole discretion, take measures including but not limited to, suspending or discontinuing your account, blocking your IP address and investigating legal responsibilities of any person held being responsible for.

Artificial Intelligence Features

We may provide some Artificial Intelligence (AI) features as part of our Services. The AI-generated content appeared in our Services is neither created nor reviewed by humans and may be provided via third-party service providers. In accordance with the Disclaimer of Warranties clauses under this Terms of Service, StudyX takes no responsibility for any inaccurate, false, or inappropriate information that may be present in the AI-generated content. You may report inappropriate AI generated content by contacting us.

Your Account

To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to create a PrepGo account ( your"Account") and provide us with a username, password, and certain other information about yourself as set forth in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for registering, logging onto and using your account in compliance with all Applicable Laws, Regulations and these Terms. The registration information and the profile of your account shall not contain any illegal or fraud content. You shall not use any name that belongs to an association or celebrity as your own nickname or username of your account.

We have the right to review all registration information of your account. If you fraudulently register your account with false information, or there are illegal content involved in your account profile or any other registration information, we have the right to take measures as suspending or discontinuing your account or report to the law enforcement.

You are subject to perform due duty of keeping the username and password of your account confidential. You agree that you are solely responsible for any content or activities incurred with your account. You shall not transfer, lend, release, sell or share your account with anyone else, or we may suspend, disable or discontinue your account temperately or permanently. If you know any unauthorized use of your account, you shall notify us within three days or you are responsible for any content or activities incurred from the unauthorized use of your account.

Fees; Payments; Subscriptions; Refunds

Some of our services are paid services and may be charged for fees. Unless expressly stated in these Terms or required by Applicable Laws, all payments are final and no refund is available for any paid services provided by PrepGo.

When you purchase any of the PrepGo subscriptions, you expressly agree that you hereby authorize us to charge subscription fees for the renewal period to the payment method on file. All subscriptions are automatically renewed by the payment method and at the recurring intervals (monthly or annually) you have agreed to. You may cancel your PrepGo Subscription plans at any time. If you cancel PrepGo Subscription plans, you will not receive a refund for any amounts that have been charged, but your cancellation stops all future charges. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your then-current subscription period, subject to applicable law, and you may use the Services until your cancellation is effective (unless your access is suspended or terminated as set forth in these Terms).

Cancel PrepGo Subscription

Depending on your payment method, if you paid for PrepGo subscritions using a credit or debit card, then:

1. Log into your PrepGo account and open your profile page;
2. Click Billing;
3. Click Cancel Subscription.

If you purchased PrepGo subscriptions plans via Apple Pay or Google Play, then due to Apple's or Google's privacy policies, you cannot cancel the subscription directly through PrepGo, and you'll be redirected to the Apple Store or Play Store subscription management settings page to complete the cancellation process.

Promotional Trial

From time to time, we may offer free trials or other promotional memberships, which are subject to these Terms of Service except as otherwise stated in the promotional offers.

Users who sign up for a free trial will be asked to provide valid payment information before having access to the free trial. Users who are on a free trial of a certain PrepGo Subscription plan will be automatically upgraded and renewed at the fee rate of that particular Subscription plan unless the user cancels the trial before the end of the trial period.

Our Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and all of its content, including text, software, images, video, and audio, the design, selection, source code and arrangement thereof, as well as names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company (including any future updates, upgrades and new versions to PrepGo), are the exclusive property of the Company, its licensors, or other content providers, and are protected under copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We do not authorize you to alter, reproduce, republish, or license any of our materials absent express written permission. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved and retained by us. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferrable, and revocable right to use PrepGo from us as part of or in relation to your use of PrepGo, solely in accordance with these Terms and subject to any other instructions as provided by us to you. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, reprint, upload, publish, publicly display, sell, encode, translate, transmit, distribute or extract source codes from, any part or any content of PrepGo to any other terminal, website or other media in any way for publication or distribution or for any other commercial purpose without our prior express written consent.

If you provide feedback relating to the use, operation, performance, or functionality of our Websites, Products, or Services ("Feedback"), you hereby grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive right and license to exploit and commercialize such Feedback for any purpose which shall be solely and exclusively owned by us. You are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement for Feedback unless expressly agreed in writing.

User Content

The Website may allow users to create, post, submit, publish, display, or transmit various materials on or through the Website, including but not limited to text, data, code, video, audio, photographs, comments, feedback, personal information, and other materials (collectively, "user contributions" or "your content"). Any user contribution you post to the site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Unless otherwise provided in the Privacy Policy, you agree that your content will not be returned. Prohibited Use

By accessing and utilizing this Website, you hereby agree to comply with these Terms of Service and ensure that your use of the Website adheres to all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to laws governing the export of data and software. The User covenants not to:

1. Infringe upon any applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, or regulations at local, state, federal, or international levels.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All matters, disputes and claims arising out of, or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict of laws provisions.

The state courts of the County of Middletown, State of Delaware, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all disputes and claims arising out of, or in connection with these Terms. You and StudyX each waive any right to a jury trial.

Entire Agreement

The Terms of Service and any documentation and policies mentioned in it constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and StudyX regarding the website, mobile application, and our services. The entire agreement supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding our assets.
